With wine, there is always more to learn and never a bad time to start! Learn what you need to know about wines to impress a date, your boss, or just because you want to. All classes are held in private rooms at some of the best local restaurants in your area and last 2 – 2.5 hours. Check out their schedule of upcoming classes here. Classes are small, with only 15-20 people and have a laid-back atmosphere that creates a great learning environment, fun date, or a unique corporate team building experience. Enjoy appetizers, great wine, and conversation! In this class, you’ll learn the basics from a professionally trained wine expert including; wine history, how wine is made, wine components, wine and food pairings, proper glassware, how to properly store wine, and information about each of the six wines featured in the class. All the while, you’ll be enjoying tasty appetizers and of course, we should mention the wine again because they don’t just taste you on any old cheap generic wine, but really GOOD wine including Cara Mia Prosecco, Chime Sonoma Pinot Noir and Barnard Griffin Port – just to name a few. You’ll also receive an electronic copy of their book, “A Fun and Informative Introduction to the Wonderful World of Wine!” that follows the class outline so you can refresh your memory after the class.
