With some 12 obstacles spread over 3.1 miles of rough terrain, The Heroes Mud Run is not only one of the more fun ways to challenge yourself, a portion of the proceeds go to benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and the Heart of a Marine Foundation.
