After growing up in New England working and playing in the laid-back beachside restaurants of Narragansett, followed by a brief but passionate love affair with New Orleans, you could say Sean Keenan is a connoisseur of the laid-back coastal lifestyle. (Oh, yeah - and the food.) Thus, Harbour Bar & Fish Bar was born a year ago, giving locals a respite from the landlocked hullabaloo of Atlanta and a place to feast on oysters, kick it to live music, and share a beer or two with friends, all in a setting that looks and feels just like your summer home in Cape Cod (what, doesn't everyone summer in Nantucket?).
