So, when we stumbled upon Gennaro's Café Italiano — a South Broadway spot that serves up pizza, pasta and brews in a totally relaxed setting — we couldn't help but share the Save: $15 gets you $30 worth of dine-in or take-out food and drinks.In business since 1951, this Italian café and bar is a local favorite for its laidback vibe, old-school frills (think: pinball and a jukebox), and spot-on cuisine. Denveater blogger Ruth Tobias calls the lasagna a "stand-out: giant, pillowy squares from which mozzarella, ricotta, ground beef and sausage spill into a pool of rich, thick, herbed marinara sauce."
