Join the Chicago Reader on May 13 for the second installment of its Spring Underground Beer Dinner event series. Frontier will present the following four-course menu: Deviled Eggs Chives, Cayenne, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cauliflower Roasted Cauliflower, Marcona Almonds, Preserved Lemon, Ziggy Zake, Tarragon Oil Lollipop Wings House Buffalo Sauce, Roth Kase Buttermilk Bleu Cheese Dip, House Ranch, Sweet Potato Fries Miller's Amish Roasted Chicken 5-Cheese Mac, Watercress Salad Bourbon Sauce The meal will begin at 7:30pm. Courses will be paired with complimentary Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale.
