Order must be placed by Thursday at 4PM for the following week. Optional Sunday start delivery available. Menu is subject to change and can be altered if there are food allergies. All changes in delivery address, food choices or additions to orders must be received by Thursday at 4P for the following week. Any changes after this time will result in late delivery or a credit applied for future order. Choose your meals online.
Cristie Besu , creator of askcristie is now offering Fitness Fuel. Food made by and for the athlete. Novices are more than welcome. Remember, if you want to look like you are fit, take the steps towards being fit, and eat like an athlete. If you eat like a sedentary adult that is exactly what the results will be! SAMPLE LUNCH & DINNER WEEK MENU Check out the "next weeks menu" tab and you can see previous menus as well as the following weeks menu (posted every Friday). Each meal is color and shape coded so that you can quickly grab your meals and know what goes together. Lunch is always a round label and Dinner is always a square. Colors are designated next to each day below and remain the same weekly. Monday Blue Lunch layered sweet potato and bbq lean beef veggie: broccoli Dinner Southwestern Chile Chicken ( pico del gallo sauce) and a black bean and quinoa stuffed red pepper (veggie: mushrooms) Tuesday Yellow Lunch Lasagna (veggie: spring mix with walnuts) Dinner Ground Turkey and Mashed Potatoes (veggie Grilled zucchini and carrots) Wednesday Red Lunch Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich (veggie: green beans and toasted almonds) Dinner Tilapia with onions and Peppers and a side of congris (veggie: mixed grilled veggies) Thursday Pink Lunch Autumn Grilled chicken and pumpkin with a side of quinoa and black rice (veggie: cauliflower) Dinner Swedish style Turkey Meatballs and a side of sweet potato mash (veggie: grilled yellow squash) Friday Green Lunch Chicken Spinach Salad with autumn veggies and walnuts Dinner Apple Sage Meatloaf with Sweet potato fries (veggie: peppers and onions)
