This quaint Magnolia boutique specializes in fermenting the famous honey wine served at the Texas Renaissance Festival, and during your course, you'll learn about the production process. Enchanted Manor is open every Friday at 4 pm as well as Saturday and Sunday at noon with four informative sessions held each day in small batches of 15, ensuring you get the dragon's share of information.
