Scout Notes: The first thing I saw when I walked into Ella-Rue for the first time was some of the the sexiest shoe porn I think that's ever existed. "Retail, this probably goes for about $1,000, but here it's about 80 percent off that, like the rest of our inventory," she said. That's when the in-store dog, Kona, sidled up for a cute belly rub. "Is this what heaven is like?" I thought. I was surrounded by some of the awesomest clothes, shoes, handbags and jewelry in DC, a big friendly dog and a bowl full of free candy. FREE CANDY!
