Survival - it's not just the latest clothing brand that all the tweens are wearing. It's knowing how to function when all bets are off. Join Earth Native Wilderness Schools for two classes that'll teach you what you need to know in case disaster strikes. On February 3, join them for a lesson in friction fire, where you'll learn bow-drill, hand-drill, and fire saw methods to create an ember that you can coax into a flame. And on March 30, become (nearly) invisible as you master the art of concealing yourself in any environment using natural materials. And when the Mayan (or zombie) apocalypse comes, you can rest easy, knowing that you have the tools and the knowledge to handle whatever comes your way. Unless it's snakes...why'd it have to be snakes?
