And at Dogfather's, that kind of delicious nostalgia is served up with genuine friendliness, simplicity, and affordability... and an RC Cola, if you're really thirsting for the good ol' days. They do right by the timeless classic, serving juicy pork and beef dogs topped with chili, mustard, and onions, and also offer a couple extra-hearty versions of the dog (yes, by the way, those Wisconsin beer-boiled brats are actually cooked in boiling beer) and healthy alternatives like chicken sausage (this means more room for gravy fries). And while you can't go wrong with a classic weenie, the Dogfathers themselves are also pretty great at trussing up the basic hotdog on the weekends—in the past, their specials have included a pot roast dog cooked for 7 hours, a Guinness-infused bratwurst, and a Philly dog, just to name a few.
