These four weekend classes will cover how to properly perform squats, deadlifts, presses and olympic lifts. Owner and coach Andrew Killion and his team will show you the common themes of biomechanics and how to perform them all safely. And so that you know where you are starting from, you'll have a basic assessment to expose imbalances in movement and form which you will then begin to correct right away as the seminar proceeds. And to make sure your body and mind are challenged, you'll get common variations in order to create an endless mix of workouts.
