Start the day off with a behind-the-scenes tour of the vineyard and wine production areas, sampling three pre-selected wines while on the tour. You'll savor vino straight from the tanks as well as oak barrels, getting a sense of how the fermentation process impacts its flavor. Then head to the tasting room for a class that'll have you sipping seven wines, showcasing different flavors, grapes, and vintages, including two pre-released wines. Danza del Sol's twenty five acres are dedicated to varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Viognier, meaning there's plenty of white, red, dry, sparkling, and sweet to go around.
