He's part of the labor of love that is Corazon Juicebar, an entirely family-run operation that has Cesar and his mom Socorro creating life-changing fresh juices behind the counter (his dad owns the building and his brother built the interior of the shop). The family has always dreamed of sharing their passion for fresh flavors, and Corazon delivers the goods with a little something extra. Their fresh juices and smoothies are tops, but Corazon also showcases Mexican flair with their raspados (Mexican shaved ice) with homemade flavors like tamarindo, guava, vanilla and lemon. Or check out their escamochas, a fresh fruit cocktail in juice that's everything canned fruit wants to be, but can't. And check the board for specials like the Cactus Cleanser, a sure-fire detox recipe that Socorro brings straight from Mexico. Corazon means "heart", and the Ramirez family has put a lot of it into their fresh-to-you storefront.
