Ring in 2013 in style with this offer from the Cocoa Beach Pier: For $20 (regularly $40), you'll get admission for two to the 24th Annual Rockin' the Dock New Year's Eve Party. From 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. on December 31, the historic pier (stretching 800 feet into the Atlantic Ocean) will be alive as party people say goodbye to 2012. Each of the restaurants and bars on the Pier will feature live entertainment -- there are also TV screens showing parties happening around the world, a balloon drop, and a champagne toast at midnight.
