Chef Linda's expert handling of fresh, organic ingredients and authentic Italian recipes can easily give any brown bag a run for its money. Lunch, Cibo-style, might mean an exquisite autumn caprese salad (with local mozzarella), a Caesar salad with a fried poached egg, or perhaps a robust panino stuffed with marinated roasted vegetables and balsamic. If, like me, you're preparing yourself for winter hibernation, a hearty plate of Chef Linda's rather infamous gorgonzola rigatoni with pistachio cream sauce or equally revered homemade meatballs is the perfect chilly-day lunch. You can't, of course, go wrong with the pizzas, made with top-notch ingredients (double zero flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and the like) and brought to life in Cibo's woodfired oven.
