ChuckIt is here to help you with a three month training program that'll put you on the road to success. You'll train directly with a seasoned coach who has over 30 years of experience. Twice a week, meet with a group of similarly skilled runners in one of two convenient locations to cover your training curriculum. You'll do two mile time trials, tempo runs, long distance stretches, and hill and endurance training. The course is designed to get beginners across the finish line of their first half marathon (or just increase their distance), while offering stark improvements for veteran runners.
