The Fine Print
One experience may be redeemed for one person. Limit one voucher per customer, two additional vouchers as gifts. Each voucher must be used by a different individual. Online registration required 24 hours in advance of the race, subject to availability. Refunds are available through April 1 only. To complete the race, you may walk or use public transit (no bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, cars or bikeshares allowed). You must complete 11 out of the 12 clues before heading to the finish line. Each team must consist of at least 2 members (no solo teams allowed). All ages allowed. If you are under 18, please choose a teammate that is 18 or older. All participants must sign a waiver. Voucher expires April 20, 2013.
Description
The Scooby Gang. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The Fantastic Four. They're all great teams with the amazing ability to puzzle out problems - and you're about to join their ranks as you dominate the DC Challenge urban scavenger race hosted by Challenge Nation. Part race, part urban exploration, part puzzle, and part game, you and a team of intrepid adventurers will scour the city by foot and public transit as you strategize, collaborate, and get creative to make it to the end before the competition. Along the way, you'll see the city in a whole new light, get your heart pumping, and make some (hilarious) memories. Prizes will be awarded for winners as well as teams with the craziest costumes, but even if you aren't in the spotlight, you'll get to enjoy food trucks, drinks, live music, and more at the Finish Festival.
