The Cedar Hollow Inn was part of the tiny Cedar Hollow village where it has stood for more than 100 years. The "bones" of the old building remain the same, with three comfortable dining rooms including an enclosed sun porch plus a large bar area. The décor is fresh with polished hardwood floors and artwork from local artists adorning the walls. The menu reflects the energy and creativity of the youthful kitchen staff headed by CIA trained chef Steve Guiseppe. Our cuisine is classified as Continental American. We serve generous portions and nobody ever leaves hungry. The Cedar Hollow Inn is able to accommodate banquets of up to 50 people and is a popular location for many private occasions from bridal showers to corporate dinners.
