The food did not disappoint! I had the pork plate with mac 'n cheese and green beans. The beans were seasoned perfectly, nice and soft. Now to the 'Que, wow! Talk about a flavor punch. The vinegar sauce, although a little soupy is great. It really didn't need much sauce to begin with. The 'Que has a ton of smoke flavor. Overall a fantastic meal. Way to go bubba. Two thumbs up from me.
