We get most of our meats from Lancaster County PA. Our Ham and Dried Beef comes from John F. Martin and Son located in Stevens, PA. Our Scrapple, Pan Pudding and Roap Sausage come from Stoltzfus meats in Intercourse PA. Our Bacon comes from Hatfield, PA. Our coffee is roasted in Lancaster County by Gerhart Coffee. They have been roasting coffee in Lancaster since 1880. We hope you can taste the difference in the quality of our products as we have been doing for many years having grown up in Lancaster County. If there are any items you would like to see added to the menu, let us know and we will try to get them. We also will be making traditional dishes from Amish Country and having them as specials. We toast our turkey breasts here and make our own gravies too and yes the mashed potatoes are real. Our soups are made fresh daily from scratch.
