If you’re anything like us, then sometimes you just wanna eat. A lot. We want to forget about choosing just one entree—we want everything. And we want to continue eating everything until it’s physically dangerous to eat anything else. More specifically, we want fire-roasted meats. Which is why we're fans of Bombasha Brazilian Steakhouse, an independently owned churrrscaria (it basically means Brazilian steakhouse…or house of meaty heaven if you’re us) in Hillsboro Village. This place hooked us up with the meat-induced food coma of our dreams. Here's how this gloriousness works: Bombasha’s servers (or gauchos, as they call ‘em) travel from table to table, carving tender portions of meat from the skewers on which they were prepared. While we definitely enjoyed warming up with a trip to the gourmet salad bar (it’s filled with pretty much anything you could possibly want), it’s the meat selection—which includes beef, lamb, chicken and pork—that really makes this place special. And, as long as we kept our paper coasters flipped to the green side (you’ll find it on your table), the meat will keep a-comin’. Side dishes like Brazilian black beans and fried bananas are also brought around table-side and served family-style, so this place is ideal for bringin' groups or maybe just another hungry buddy. Plus, after you go hard here, you might need someone to wheel you out of the place anyway. Menu Highlights: Top Sirloin Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon Chicken Hearts Fried Yucca Caipirinhas and other specialty drinks Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
