Scout Notes: Fashion is great and all, but we have a hard time spending big bucks on trendy pieces we’ll likely only wear for a season. At the same time, fast fashion favorites, like Forever21, never seem to hold up past one washing. For this reason, longtime Nashville area favorite, Blush (in 2008, they were named best boutique in Nashville just six months after opening), has quickly risen to the top of our go-to shopping destination list with unique, fashion-forward designs that won’t cost you your first born (or fall apart after one wear). Carrying everything from private labels to recognizable designers, like Free People, Blush offers a variety of styles and sizes of clothing, shoes, and accessories. While the selection is large, we love that they carry only one size run of each item, that way you’re less likely to show up at an event wearing the same thing as someone else. With cold weather (possibly) here to stay, Blush is our favorite place to stock up on winter layering basics, like leggings, camisoles, and tee shirts (they have every color imaginable). We’re also big fans of their selection of leather jackets and handbags. And with locations in Brentwood, Belle Meade, and now Cool Springs, we love knowing we’re never too far from our next great purchase. Happy shopping!
