The premium tasting includes eight half-ounce pours in Riedel stemware, four of which are hand-picked by the winery's experts, along with choice pairings of different cheeses. For a smaller taste, pay $10 for the standard wine tasting for two, which includes six pours and a bottle of cabernet sauvignon (regularly $25). Located in Sparks -- part of what's affectionately known as "Maryland's Piedmont" -- this 25-year-old establishment's wines are produced using traditional "Old World" cellar methods.
