This brightly lit, modern joint on University serves up quality grilled meat skewers using a custom-made yakitori grilling machine (the only one in the US), which sits in their front window for your viewing pleasure. Once grilled, they combine your meat with all hand-made sauces and sides, include their yakitori sauce, which is lighter and less sweet than soy sauce (to better compliment the natural flavors).
