Get ready to break a sweat at Balance Gym: Choose from the location in Dupont or Thomas Circle; or, head to the newly opened Foggy Bottom facility featuring a salt water lap pool, an Olympic lifting area, Jacuzzi, steam room, and saunas: • $30 ($99 value) for a 1-month gym membership with unlimited regular classes at Thomas Circle or Foggy Bottom location • $99 ($250 value) for a month of CrossFit classes including Foundations course at Dupont or Foggy Bottom location • Regular classes include yoga, spinning, Pilates, boxing, and boot camp The CrossFit Program To introduce CrossFit students to the program's nine basic movements, techniques, and mechanics, they will first complete a Foundations course. Then, they'll transition to traditional group classes and experience the ever-changing Workout of the Day (WOD), a hard-hitting workout comprised of functional movements that offer the body a brief but intense burst of activity tailored to deliver results.
