If you love a lodge style experience, you will love this unique place. There is not a television in the room but a gas fireplace and a double jacuzzi. However, the internet connection was better than in our Montreal hotel. The King suite requires you to walk a sturdy flight of stairs as it is on the upper floor but there are queen suites main level. Room service is minimal as the management thinks it better not to interfere with a peaceful stay. Of course, you can request anything you need from the front desk. Seems to be a popular week-end retreat for locals as well. Check in and check out went well so all in all a great stay.”- Angel M.“Really nice property along the river. Hot tubs are a bit out dated but were nice and cosy nestled along the riverside. Didn't visit the spa or steam room this time but on the previous visit in January I did and both were excellent. Had a body exfoliation treatment done with salt from the dead sea, my skin felt great afterwards. I would definately have it again. Stayed overnight in the "loft" which was amazingly huge and beautifully decorated - actually still can't believe how big it was!. Dinner was included in the package and we chose Chez Milot which was excellent choice. Breakfast was included as well and my sincere thanks to the staff for keeping the kitchen open for us sleepy heads. I will be back sooner than later.
