AMC Theatres Coupons 2014
AMC movie theaters got their start in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1920, when Maurice, Edward and Barney Dubinsky purchased the Regent Theater. In 1960, the company was renamed American Multi-Cinema (AMC); the company opened the very first multiplex in Kansas City in 1962. In 1995, AMC opened the world’s first megaplex, introducing stadium seating. Other innovations include partnerships with IMAX and RealD 3D, and dine-in theaters.
Today, AMC has over 300 locations nationwide.
