Casually stroll through a small Victorian-themed village nestled against the foothills near Golden, before embarking on your adventure. Next, take a scenic chair lift ride up the mountain to the top of the Alpine Slide. Choose either the fast or slow track and get ready for a half mile long, serpentine ride. You will stay in control of your sled thanks to a hand brake while feeling the wind in your face. It’s the closest you’ll get to being an Olympic Luger without pulling on a pair of tights!
