You're organized but certainly no stage mother. Your child, however, is a stage kid through and through -- and with today's deal from Allegro Performing Arts, you can give him or her an opportunity to perfect that performing ability with your choice of summer camp for $90 (regularly $180). From July 31 to August 3, kids ages 9 and up can enjoy the Musical Theater Conservatory camp. Camp meets from noon to 3 p.m. each day and little show-stoppers will receive vocal training while working on acting and dancing skills, creating props, and putting on a show the last day. If your kid's full of cheer, try the Cheer and Dance Team Conservatory for ages 12 and up, which runs from July 30 to August 2 from noon to 3 p.m. If your spirited star is set on making the cheer or dance team next year, this camp will help through practice of stunting, hip-hop dance moves, acrobatics, dance combos, and cheers. If you've got a tinier twirler, opt for the Princess Conservatory for ages 3 to 6 from July 24 to 27 from 9:30 to noon. Little princesses will read stories, play dress-up, incorporate props into dancing, create a royal-themed art project, and put on a royal performance the last day.
