More experienced dancers ages 12 to 18 can enroll in eight Ballet 2, 3, or 4 level classes for $122 (regularly $240). The expert instructors at this academy teach the Vaganova Method, a unique technique that helps your little one with athleticism, grace, and musicality in ballet. You can now catch them a week prior the night before Christmas with today's Save โ $29 for two adult tickets (or $23 to sit farther from the stage) to The Nutcracker, performed by the Academy of Russian Ballet. Take a break from the tacky jingle bell sweaters and repeated renditions of "Grandma got Run Over by a Reindeer" to enjoy an evening of the arts and a classic Christmas tradition. Have a seat at the Eden Prairie High School Performing Arts Center for this authentically Russian, classical version of everyone's favorite holiday fairytale. On Friday December 16 and Saturday December 17, the Academy's dedicated dancers will take the stage at 7 p.m. and transport you to a magical winter wonderland featuring Clara and her friends, marching toy soldiers, an army of mice, the Land of Sweets, and of course the larger-than-life Nutcracker.
