Don't let the name fool you -- Austin Language Learning School teaches so much more than foreign languages. Whatever your student's needs are, they can get help from the expert staff at this center: • $70 ($350 value) for four SAT prep sessions with two practice tests • $50 ($250 value) for four SAT tests • $120 ($600 value) for eight SAT prep sessions • $136 ($380 value) for 1-month after-school program; meets twice a week • $256 ($640 value) for 1-month after-school program; meets four times a week SAT prep sessions are two hours long each and include reviews for critical reading, writing, and math. Your child will cover essay writing and grammar study as well as the vocabulary that appears in the readings. If you select the option with practice tests, you'll also receive reviews after each. Sessions meet 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The SAT prep test review includes taking the test four times with reviews that target critical reading, writing, and math. Take the tests 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a Friday or Saturday. The after-school academics program for elementary and middle school students meets twice weekly (from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday) or four times a week (3:30 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday). In these sessions kids will receive tutoring, help with their homework, and will cover subjects like foreign languages, critical reading, writing for publication, technology-based math, online math competitions for prizes, and drama and performing arts.
