As your make your way down the river, guides will treat you to a tour of the history of the architecture of some of the city's most famous bridges and skyscrapers, as well Goose Island and the Merchandise Mart. When you've paddled our fill, return to Kayak Chicago and turn up the volume with an hour-long cookout, complete with campfires and music at the outdoor beer garden.
